I've found this book a very good source of information.
If your looking for a good reference for your 68 to 71 Torino, Cyclone
or Ranchero restoration, this is a very informative book to have in your library.
Pros:
- Lists everything you'll need to decode your VIN and Data Plate
- Has alot of photos and parts breakdowns for illustrations
- Alot of part numbers are given
- Color references for individual items are refered to
- Chapters are broken down into logical sections
- Lists of dealer and factory installed options
- Lists production numbers
- Plugs some parts suppliers
Cons:
- Some diagrams pixelated or blury, although some have details corrected or noted
Overall:
I really like this book and will refer to it. If your goal is a bone-stock Torino or
Cyclone than you'll refer to it quit a bit. If your looking for a resto-mod book
or how to
turn your Cobra into a drag car, well, look for another book.
